39 High-Performing Professionals Successfully Complete Multi X’s Women’s Leadership Program

The training initiative, developed in partnership with ~Mujeres Empresarias~, strengthened key skills for the professional growth of its participants, while also fostering female talent across different levels of the organization.

“We learned to listen to one another, to make decisions with confidence, and to communicate clearly. Above all, we learned to believe in our own value. Today, we are moving toward a different kind of leadership—one that is more conscious, human, and coherent. I am grateful to Multi X for opening this space, which sends a clear message that both female and male leadership are essential and that they can collaborate and complement each other,” said Anis Aguila, one of the program’s participants.

Alongside her, 38 other employees took part in the first edition of the Multi X Women’s Leadership Program, an initiative designed to promote the personal and professional development of high-potential female leaders within the company.

The program, carried out in partnership with Mujeres Empresarias, ran from August to December and included in-person sessions in Puerto Montt, combining both theoretical and practical methodologies. Topics covered included purpose, career planning and personal branding, negotiation, effective communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration networks. Sessions were led by a multidisciplinary faculty made up of executives, consultants, and experts in management, innovation, and organizational development.

“We brought leading professionals from different fields to Puerto Montt to share concrete tools for career development with the participants. Beyond the technical aspects, we are truly moved to know that what they learned will not remain in the classroom, but will be carried forward into their teams, personal projects, and professional growth within the company. I encourage them to face every new challenge with the confidence that at Multi X, we are supporting them,” said Paula García, Corporate Human Resources Manager at Multi X.

Meanwhile, Francisca Valdés, Executive Director of Mujeres Empresarias, added, “We appreciate the trust that Multi X has placed in Mujeres Empresarias to support the development of its leaders and strengthen female talent. This type of partnership directly aligns with our purpose: to work alongside companies in building more conscious and effective leadership that is aligned with today’s challenges, generating a positive impact both on people and on business results.”

The first edition of the program concluded with a graduation ceremony attended by the participants, their direct supervisors, the executive committee, and the company’s General Manager, Cristián Swett. During the event, Swett highlighted Multi X’s commitment to advancing gender equity and strengthening female leadership within the organization. Each participant received a certificate of completion, and on behalf of the group, two of the graduates shared their key learnings and experiences. The event concluded with a networking breakfast.

Through this initiative, Multi X continues to advance its goal of promoting growth opportunities, strengthening internal leadership, and consolidating an organizational culture based on diversity, inclusion, and people development—reinforcing the company’s commitment to female talent across its entire operation.
